Return To Stillness will provide the best possible care and attention within the bounds and limits of a naturopathic practice.

Consultations in clinic must be paid for at the end of the consultation. No invoices will be issued. Receipts will be issued for health funds if requested.

We accept payment in cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). Personal cheques will be accepted by prior arrangement.

Consultations by mail or email must be paid for by credit card or online (Pay Pal) unless prior arrangements have been made. Credit card details must be available at Return To Stillness prior to the consultation and will be charged for the appropriate amount at the end of the consultation (email) or when advice and guidebook is sent (mail), or evidence of online payment must be available.

Telephone consultations must be booked prior to time by agreement with Return To Stillness and paid by credit card at the end of the telephone call (unless prior arrangements are made).

If invoices are issued for goods or services, they are to be paid within 30 days (net) following the date of invoice.

Policies and Procedures

Return To Stillness reserves the right to refuse to consult with or offer advice to or treat any individual should it be in the best interests of the practice.

For telephone/Skype consultations you may either download the questionnaire from this website or email and request a questionnaire, or call the practice during business hours.

Return To Stillness welcomes you as our valued client. Our intention is to make your experience as simple, safe and satisfying as possible.

Disclaimer

Much of the work with neurodegenerative and autoimmune disorders carried out at Return To Stillness is experimental and no claim is made for, nor guarantee given as to the efficacy of any remedy or therapy given or suggested. While research is continuing, to date there is little evidence acceptable within the limits of western scientific methodology as to the efficacy of Return To Stillness treatment protocols and/or the likely results of participating in such treatment.

Our Obligations to you

  1. We promise to protect your privacy. We will not divulge to any other person any of the information you give us in confidence unless we are required by Australian law to do so. We will use the information you give us to assess your requirements, provide the information, goods and services you require, and calculate the amount payable. From time to time, we may produce a statistical analysis of the information received from all Return To Stillness clients without divulging individual sources of any of that information.

  2. We promise to support your purchase. In the unlikely event that you require assistance with any product purchased from Return To Stillness, we will provide that assistance to the best of our ability.

  3. We promise to provide up-to-date information on all products and services provided by Return To Stillness on this website. Products and services may be added, deleted or altered from time to time without prior notice, and we will show these changes on this website at the time of the changes. Prices will change from time to time without prior notice, and the new price will apply from the time it is shown on the website.

  4. We promise to provide the highest quality products available to us at the time of your order. All faults in any product as a result of faulty manufacture will be rectified or the product replaced. Return To Stillness accepts no responsibility for any fault or damage occurring as a result of improper use or storage of any product.

  5. We promise to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information and advice available to us at the time of your consultation. Return To Stillness accepts no responsibility for ensuring compliance with any advice and offers no guarantee as to the efficacy of treatment or activity suggested.

Your Obligations to Us

  1. You promise to respect our copyright pertaining to information published on this website insofar as it belongs to Return To Stillness.
