Details should include invoice number, date of purchase and complete details of the fault or damage.

If possible, email pictures of the fault or damage.

Where the fault or transit damage is beyond your control, we will replace the item or issue a full refund as seems most appropriate for the circumstances.

We will not issue a replacement or refund for change of mind.
